APPLICATION BUILDING  The Supervisor®‘s application building pages provide the finest in modular application design. You simply add a program to the call stack in any order required by your custom application.  Set your options to tell The Supervisor® how to handle exceptions when calling this program and you’re done, without any programming!  

SCHEDULING   The Supervisor® includes a 7-day/24-hour job scheduler that allows applications to utilize all the features of The Supervisor®. If you don’t want to use the included scheduler, simply use one of our APIs to run your new application from another application. Each time one of your applications runs, an extensive analysis is performed at any specified point in your application’s call stack. You define when your applications should gracefully abort or ignore specified severity levels and continue processing.

ALERT ACTIONS   Naturally, you don’t want to constantly monitor for jobs that have completed with exceptions. The Supervisor® offers you fully automated, unattended alert processing to ensure you know what occurs, and when it occurs. This is done through our fully customizable messaging system. Create custom messages with custom severity levels and define alert actions to send to selected recipients.

WEB INTEGRATION Integrate messages with your web server. An easy-to-implement solution that allows e-mail alert recipients to click on a message that points to a web address. JSP template included.

LOGGING Details of all transactions are archived for future viewing and reporting.
